How to Get Leads on Repeat with Just Four Pieces of Content
If you’ve been on YouTube for a while and you’re still posting whatever feels relevant that week, it’s time to save yourself some time because you don’t need more content, you need the right four videos to work for you and your business.
You’re not a content creator, you’re a coach, consultant, or service provider. Your goal isn’t more views, it’s more leads. To introduce new people into your audience and nurture those already in it.
Instead of publishing videos for volume and hoping something sticks, you need a strategy. And these four pieces of content work together to do exactly what you need: turn a stranger into a lead, on repeat, without you having to reinvent your content plan every month. Here’s how it works:
How Four Videos Work for You to Generate New Leads
Every person who becomes your client goes through the same basic journey: they realize they have a problem, they start looking into it, they weigh their options, and they decide. Most business owners try to speak to all four of those stages with the same handful of videos, which means none of them actually do their job.
Instead of working to create more content, this four-step (four-video) process maps your audience’s journey and together they carry someone from “I’ve never heard of you” to “I’m ready to work with you.”
These are the four videos every YouTube funnel needs:
#1. The Anchor Video
Top of Funnel → Attracts “strangers,” visibility to a brand new audience
Think of this as your first handshake with someone who has no idea who you are (yet). They typed a question into YouTube search, and your video showed up.
Anchor videos are the FAQ-style or how-to content built around something your ideal client is actively searching for. They’re not about you or your offer, they’re about the problem your ideal client is trying to solve right now. Your goal? Attract the right person and give them a quick win.
I know it’s tempting to want to talk about your program or your process right away, but the person watching this video isn’t ready for that yet. They’re problem-aware, not solution-aware. Your job is to be helpful, and walking (scrolling) away thinking, “okay, this person actually knows what they’re talking about.”
This doesn’t mean no call-to-action, you should always have a call-to-action!
#2. The Shifting Perspective Video
Middle of Funnel → Builds Belief
Once someone’s found you through an anchor video, your next job isn’t to inform them further, it’s to change how they’re thinking about what you do (what you’re an expert on) in the first place.
This type of content builds authority faster than others, because it shows you understand the problem. And that you “get it” more than the millions of generic posts and videos they’ve seen over and over again.
Shifting perspective videos are your hot takes, your myth-busting, your thought leadership. These are the videos where you name the mistake your ideal client keeps making or challenge the assumption that’s keeping them stuck. The goal is to make them think differently about their situation and become more open to your specific approach.
This is also where your POV becomes your competitive advantage. Anybody publishes a how-to video, fewer people are willing to say “the way most people are approaching this is wrong, and here’s why.” This is also why this type of video has earned its way into your funnel.
#3. The Combating Objections
Middle of Funnel → Removes Hesitation
At some point, your potential clients are considering their options. They’re trying to weigh and determine what’s the right solution for them. Maybe that’s other coaches or consultants, maybe it’s a course, or maybe it’s just them trying to figure it out on their own.
Combating objections videos are your “this vs. that” comparisons and your honest breakdowns of the band-aid solutions your audience tries before they’re ready to work with you. Your goal with this video is to help them make a confident decision without needing to get on a call with you first.
And before you stress about making comparisons, just know that if you’re not the one making this video—someone else already is. They’re talking about your client’s options, their alternatives, and why their opinion should be the one your lead sticks with.
They become the ones shaping the narrative, not you. This video puts you back in the conversation on your own terms.
#4. The Personal or Client Story Video
Bottom of Funnel → Seals the Deal
By the time someone’s watching this video, they’re close. They’ve watched your anchor content, they’ve started thinking about their problem differently, they’ve weighed their options. The last thing standing between them and booking a call (or signing up ) is one question: has this actually worked for someone like me?
Your client story and case study videos answer that question before it becomes the reason they don't reach out.
You don’t need a polished testimonial reel, you need an actual story—what they were dealing with before, what they did, and what changed. This is the video where a potential client stops imagining your offer in the abstract and starts picturing what it would look like for them, specifically.
Your own story works here, too. If you’ve lived the transformation you now help other people get to, that’s just as powerful as a client spotlight—sometimes more because it’s you demonstrating exactly what you teach.
Building Your Four-Video Funnel and Expanding Your Visibility
On their own, each of the four videos in this funnel do something different. But together, they build a system that moves someone from “never heard of you” to “ready to book a call,” without you needing to be in a DM or on a sales call to make it happen.
And once you have this structure, you’re not starting from scratch every month wondering what to film next. Instead, you’re filling in the same four roles with new topics, new angles, and new stories—which is exactly why this framework is the foundation I teach inside the Low Lift Club.
Remember, you don’t need another content calendar with 50+ ideas on it. You need four videos that are each doing their job—and one they are, your channel stops being a guessing game and starts being a system that brings you leads on repeat.
