During this collaborative session, I'll ask you specific questions about your business, your goals, and your ideal clients — then we'll strategize together on the improvements and action steps you need to see real results on your channel.
This session will help you:

👉🏾 Identify strategic topics with SEO-focused keywords, so each video attracts more qualified viewers, website traffic, and leads into your funnel
👉🏾 Get strategic advice on how to increase your key performance metrics
YouTube Channel: Review your channel. You'll be given action steps on what changes to make to increase your channel performance
YouTube Content: We'll review your current YouTube content and give advice on WHY they did not perform the way you wanted.
YouTube Conversions: We'll review why or why people are not taking action after watching your videos. This looks like assessing your current lead generation strategy and how you are getting people off the platform and into your marketing ecosystem.
Topic Strategy and YouTube SEO Guidance: You'll receive recommendations for YouTube Topics and Keyword focus areas.
There will also be times for you to ask more questions as they come up. The intensive follows along the above structure, but we can change and dive into other areas depending on your unique needs and questions.
At the end of the session, you'll receive a YouTube action plan recapping the strategies we discussed, and the focus keywords we found together including possible topics that relate to them.
