About The Project

Whitney approached us with a mission to enhance her YouTube channel, “Fertile as F*ck with The Fertility Nut,” to reach a larger audience and provide valuable content on fertility. She has an amazing sales funnel in place and needed a way to build a community with evergreen content so they are continuously being nurtured and exposed to her marketing ecosystem. She was currently using Instagram, TikTok, and email to market her business, but she wanted to lean further into leveraging the YouTube search engine and its discoverability features. After working together, our strategy generated 45,600 views and over 700 subscribers.

The Challenge

Before working with us, Whitney’s social media strategy consisted of showing up multiple times a day on Instagram and TikTok. While generating leads and sales with this solo platform strategy, she wanted to explore a way to make marketing less demanding of her time. That’s what interested her with YouTube. She knew YouTube was a search engine, but she didn’t know how to use YouTube as an evergreen traffic source for her business. 

We built her channel from the ground up to help her reach these goals:

  • Increase her visibility as an authority for fertility education for busy moms

  • Drive consistent traffic to her educational videos

  • Increase the YouTube subscriber base and build more of a connection to the community

Our Approach

To address these challenges, we decided our full-service YouTube management package would be the best fit. This would allow us to be hands-on during the implementation stage of the strategy while Whitney continues to lead her business.

During our time together, we provided strategic keyword research, YouTube content strategy, video editing, and channel management.

YouTube Keyword Research

Whitney indicated she wanted to be found in searches specifically relating to getting pregnant, so we researched what keywords users were actively searching for and ways we could insert her expertise. During this time we also identified high-impact keywords related to fertility and natural health.

YouTube Content Strategy

We created video topics around common fertility issues and solutions, ensuring relevance and viewer interest.

YouTube Channel And Video Optimization

We optimized each video using YouTube SEO best practices to increase Whitney’s chances of being categorized as a fertility education channel and to have her content suggested to the right audience. Each of Whitney’s videos has an engaging thumbnail, and keyword-rich titles, tags, and video descriptions.

The End Result

After over a year of working together, our strategy generated 45,600 views and 740 subscribers. 

Top Performing Videos: Whitney’s video “Watch This if You Want to Get Pregnant Fast” reached 21.6K views.

Traffic Sources: Major traffic came from browse features (47.7%) and suggested videos (36.9%), indicating strong engagement and leading the algorithm to suggest Whitney’s content in more places.
